Our connection with Naromoru is rooted in our desire to support children and families in our local community.
Many children require specialized medical care, rehabilitation, and orthopedic support that can make an important difference in their everyday lives. Through our partnership and fundraising efforts, we want our clients' journeys to contribute to something meaningful beyond the adventure itself.
The Annual Mount Kenya Challenge
We support the home through our annual Mount Kenya fundraising challenge, started in 2022. This event unites people for a purpose—raising funds for children's medical care and rehabilitation. In 2026, we raised KES 6,355,514 from various supporters. The event blends fundraising with outdoor and environmental activities.
Where Your Support Makes a Difference
Your support helps contribute towards the work carried out at Naromoru Disabled Children’s Home, including:
- Orthopedic surgeries and medical interventions
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
- Occupational therapy
- Orthopedic shoes, prostheses and other assistive devices
