Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Arusha
Airport pick-up and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight.

Day 2: Lemosho Gate → Mti Mkubwa (2,820 m)
Gentle trek through untouched rainforest.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 3: Mti Mkubwa → Shira 1 (3,400 m)
Transition into open savannah and moorland.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 4: Shira → Moir Hut (3,850 m)
Explore the Shira Plateau with optional acclimatization hikes.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 5: Moir Hut → Barranco Camp (3,960 m)
Climb high to Lava Tower, then descend for acclimatization.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 6: Barranco → Karanga Camp (3,800 m)
Climb the Barranco Wall and continue along scenic ridges.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 7: Karanga → Barafu Camp (4,600 m)
Short ascent to base camp with panoramic summit views.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 8: Summit → Mweka Camp (3,100 m)
Midnight ascent to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), descend after sunrise.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 9: Mweka → Arusha
Descend through rainforest and transfer back.
