Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Arusha
Airport pick-up and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight.

Day 2: Marangu Gate → Mandara Hut (2,700 m)
Hike through lush rainforest to your first camp.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 3: Mandara → Horombo Hut (3,720 m)
Trek into moorland with views of Kibo and Mawenzi.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day
Hike to Zebra Rocks (~4,000 m) and return for rest.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 5: Horombo → Kibo Hut (4,700 m)
Cross the alpine desert and prepare for summit night.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 6: Summit → Horombo Hut (3,720 m)
Pre-dawn climb to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), descend after sunrise.
Dinner & overnight.

Day 7: Horombo → Arusha
Descend through forest and transfer back.
